Seigaiha cover for be quiet! Pure Loop 3 LX

Bring an attractive traditional Japanese pattern to your next PC build with this Seigaiha cover for the be quiet! Pure Loop 3 LX.

This design features two parts. You can of course change the colours to your liking, but here I printed the frame in black and the insert in white and gold, changing from white to gold after 0.9mm. The frame part needs to be printed with supports.

I have sized the pattern detail to print well with both small (0.25mm or 0.20mm) or medium (0.40mm) nozzles. The pictured print uses a 0.25mm nozzle, though I did print one with a 0.40mm nozzle and it looked similar to the eye.

I have provided a sketch that shows how to create the Seigaiha pattern. I thin extruded the lines, thickened them and then patterned the body to create the Seigaiha pattern. The vertical patterning should be twice the diameter of the largest circles and the other direction is a 1:2 ratio - I connected a line as such to use as a direction with the pattern command.
