Withered Bonnie FNAF Cosplay

10/21/2025 UPDATE: So far I have printed all of the skull pieces with NO SUPPORTS needed!
11/1/2025 UPDATE: Added single tooth for printing since the orientation for all on the build plate isn't the best, print 12 of them. PICTURES TO COME!

My project to make a Withered Bonnie Cosplay for my Son. Will improve the models as I do so, hopefully with good results!
Included my breakdown in blender for anyone to play with.
All parts are broken up and sized to print on a Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro (what FDM printer I have) with support pins.
Needless to say it will take lots of super glue :) (most of it will be covered with fur anyway)
Haven't test printed this yet but have sliced them all successfully, but will upload photo's as I print and the Cosplay comes together.

Notes:
-Skull and Jaw have pass through holes to tie them together with string, cord, zipties, whatever you fancy

-Skull, Jaw, Feet parts all have pins to give them support, you will need to print enough for each (pin tolerance is tight, might need to scale down a smidge)

+Left Foot Pins (6)

-Face Plate has holes for LEDs

Sized to my Son's dimensions so you will have to scale accordingly to your body.

Supports needed on some parts but positioned best I could to minimize supports.
