What is this?

These are used to replace commonly broken xbox 360 phat devkit sidecar bottom clips.

I recommend using PETG Or ABS. i do not recommend PLA.

I am currently Printing with a Bambu Lab P1S using Creality PETG BLACK from amazon and it works great.

use 100 infill settings with tree supports 30 deg which will give the clips the most strength,

for the brass inserts, the oem inserts use screw/bolt that is a M4 X 0.70 Tread pitch. for this exact model i am using inserts from amazon (M4xL4xD) which is a little bit smaller thickness than oem.

UPDATE - 12-29-2025: V10 Has fixed brass insert spacing issue for metal shield. uses 5.5mm brass inserts Instead of the smaller 4.2mm brass inserts.
