BTT Smart Filament Sensor v2 & Artillery Sidewinder - Klipper macros (pause/resume/sfs2.cfg)

It's not a remix of STL (I had to add at least 1 STL to publish it). I only wanted to share with you config files for BTT SFSv2.
I've modified and added new macros PASUE/RESUME for Smart Filament Sensor connected directly to Ruby mainboard (not to GPIO in RPi).
