AP Biology Enzyme Activity

This replicates the AP Biology "Toothpickase" lab, but uses reusable substrates and products. These will snap together so you can demonstrate anabolism and catabolism. Students can assemble and disassemble the substrates and products instead of breaking toothpicks. You can also print a different color so when they are blind-folded and break the wrong color or assemble the wrong color, it is considered an inhibitor.
