Ender 3 full PCB cover with flush fit drawers and more nozzle storage

This is a remix of thing 4570890 - Ender 3 full PCB cover with drawers by Doc_Martin which is itself based on 'Ender 3 Tool Holder - 2.0!' by Kiesling.

Changes to the original designs:

• No hook over the LCD screen enclosure.
• Side panel and baseplate are one piece and slot into one side of the aluminium extrusion below the LCD.
• Nozzle tray redesigned - holds 10 nozzles.
• Both trays have nail nicks instead of handles for a cleaner look.
• Both trays come with an option to print a facia, which allows you to print on a textured surface and maintain the look/ finish across all faces on the side of the machine.

The drawers snap into place with a satisfying click and are flush with the main body.
