Do not rotate this to print it on its side, it will be much weaker if you print it that way

For the set screw, I friction fit a small m4 nut with a ~1cm long m4 screw. If you don't use this it will probably still work, but it might strip faster.

The original part's shaft becomes stripped out, which makes the brush spin weakly or not at all, and it eventually unscrews the whole brush off the axle. A temporary fix is to over-tighten the wing screw, but this is not ideal and won't stop it from unscrewing itself over time.

When using the sweeper make sure you don't ram the side brush into the wall when getting corners, and don't go over carpet when it's on, switch to carpet mode. Going over carpet while pulling the machine backwards puts a lot of strain on this part if it's deployed and/or rotating, use the lever under the buttons to lift the brush up.

Printed this with PETG, 6 wall layers thick, standard infill and it has held up for a week of daily use so far.
