Bigscreen Beyond - Deluxe Audio Strap adapter

This remix modifies the original adapter model in several ways:

• Added a small locking step at the connection point to the VR HMD to help prevent accidental detachment and ensure a more secure fit.
• Adjusted the angle of the headband pass-through area so the load is supported at the top of the head. (Designed assuming use with a face gasket.)
• Reinforced and reshaped the headband pass-through section to improve overall structural strength.
• Added an overhead band length adjuster for users who need a shorter top strap.

  Cable Routing Notes (Required Modification)

  Because the Bigscreen Beyond and the first-generation HTC Vive have their cable connections reversed left-to-right, the headphone cable must be rerouted.

• Move the PC connection cable holder to the opposite side.
• Heat and stretch the headphone cable (as shown in the guide) so it can reach across the headset.
• Use the internal groove that runs between the left and right sides to route the cable cleanly.
• Install the additional cable holder on the opposite side to secure the new cable path.
  A heat gun or hot air from a hair dryer, and a T5 Torx driver are required for this modification.

  DAC Clip (Optional Component)

  The included DAC clip can hold a cylindrical device with a 7 mm diameter, designed mainly for the Apple USB-C DAC.
  (USB-C DAC is not included.)

  Notes

• The headphones shown in some reference images differ from the originals, but they are not included in this 3D model.
• When using the overhead band, attach the band included with the Bigscreen Beyond.
• The final assembly image demonstrates how the left and right adapters attach to the existing DAS structure.
