Handle cover for Stanley Thrifty screwdrivers

I found the old Stanley Thrifty screwdriver handles to be too narrow. I designed these to slip tightly over the existing handles. I printed the prototype in PLA and tried both BambuLab's TPU for AMS and TPU 95A for the external filament holder. I prefer the TPU 95A, but the PLA works just fine too. Nice tight fit.
