Fuel Filler Neck Cap – Honda CB500

Over time, dirt and debris can collect around the filler neck of the Honda CB500 fuel tank.
The easiest way to clean this area is by using compressed air, but that usually blows some of the dirt straight into the tank, which can contaminate the carburetor or fuel filter.

This custom cap prevents that problem.
It fits flush with the filler neck and can be held in place by hand during cleaning.
With the cap on, the dirt is blown away from the tank instead of falling inside.

I printed mine on an Anycubic Mega SE (PETG), and the print is straightforward — no supports are needed.
