surgical clamp
You can sew with this — I tried, but it didn’t record. (not on humans)
Version V7 is the best — you need to print the same model twice.
This is a surgical clamp optimized for 3D printing.
I performed an analysis in an FEM program and thickened the model in the appropriate place.
The dimensions are slightly smaller than the typical ones available on the market, as this makes it more comfortable to use.
Old Version
There is also an older version available, featuring M4 rods with a length of 85 mm.
Unfortunately, these rods need to be glued after screwing them in — for example, with cyanoacrylate glue.
However, this version has ears that are spaced too far apart.
It provides significantly greater gripping force.
If you simply need maximum power, use the type 2 tips.
If you want a shape similar to real metal clamps while still maintaining sufficient grip strength, choose the type 1 tips.
M4 screw in the midl.
