10mm ID 14mm OD tube cutter

I redesigned so it cuts 14mm OD tubes. The cut depth is only 2mm. I designed it this way so it cuts squarely by rotating the tube with hand once the blade is engaged. Only one set of 25mm M5 bolt and nut is required. If you want extra stability, there is a slot to add another one.
