Instructions

This is a wall mount for a roll of plastic wrap.
It uses a ~13 inch razor blade slide-cutter I saved from an old box of Kirkland plastic wrap.

(...but not many people will have one of the slide-cutters.
An alternative is using the metal blade from the box of wrap.
Cut off the entire front cardboard panel, with the metal blade attached, from the empty box. The tall cardboard piece is adequately stiff and strong. Hot-melt glue it to the two end pieces after they are mounted on a wall.
It's not as 'clean' as using a slide, and makes it difficult to disassemble the project, but it does work.)

This replacement roll is the 250 sq foot stuff I get from Walmart. Its cardboard tube has an internal diameter of just over 1.5 inches.

The Left and Right bases, printed together, use 125 grams, required 2hours, 55m with Afinia defaults except for 0.40mm layers to save time.
The two end pieces (axles) take 50 min, 38 grams ABS.
All 4 pieces won't fit on the 5.5" x 5.5" Afinia platform, so two prints are required

Parts are mounted with drywall anchors and short drywall screws.

It's nice to be able to grab and pull the clingy, stretchy plastic wrap with both hands. Mounting it just above the counter top is great. I often prepare a lot of meals ahead of time, and sometimes do a lot of wrapping, and this is a real convenience.
Even If you don't make one, go buy a wall mount. You won't be sorry.

These STLs are SAE / Imperial measurement files. To print with metric software, scale the parts larger by a factor of 25.4.
