Metal business card holder Jig

This jig is designed to fit the standard 25 × 25 fiber laser base. It securely holds two metal business cards in place using standard 6 mm bolts. I hope you enjoy it—this setup has made my workflow much easier. It allows you to align your files quickly and etch two cards at a time. I even run it continuously so I can swap one card out while the other is still etching, keeping production moving without interruption.

The jig aligns the cards perfectly, and switching projects is no problem at all. Thanks to the two mounting holes spaced to match the standard grid, it will line up flawlessly every time you reattach it.
