Dumb Portable 60 x 15mm Fan USB Housing

No screws, no supports, just cable ties! Dumb idea I had at midnight 04:00 today.

Requirements:

• 5V -> 12V converting 4pin PWM USB gender cable (those cheap ones in alie
• Any 60mm x 15mm Fan
• Cable ties (I used steel cables that comes with breads)
