Dart Board LED Light Ring

Added these bracket variations :

• Stronger one, cause I found out that my print in PETG is a liitle more flexible as I want.
• With the longer end to better catch up between surround and target.
• With the magnetic fastening. I am using glue and 15x3mm round neodymium magnets.
• With the magnetic fastening and additional support (I think this is not neccessary)

Small changes to the ring:

• v2 - changes to hide the gap between ring's parts
• v3 - plus added part to protect LEDs
