Drill template VonDuprin 98/99

This is a template for drilling a door for a VonDuprin 99 series push bar, both rim and vertical rod options.
To print easier, I split the original design into two pieces and they can be glued together so it looks like the diagram. I heated up a couple of nails and pushed them through for extra support but I don't think that was entirely necessary.
The template is reversible. One side gives you a 2-3/4" backset and the other gives you a 2-3/8" backset.
There is also an opening with little arrows so if you are installing a rim panic, you can install the strike and mark where it sticks out on the door and then line up the arrows to your mark and mark out your hole locations.

I printed it in PLA but next time Ill try something a little more durable.
I wanted it to be pretty heavy duty so I printed 6 base and top layers and 6 walls with 40% honeycomb infill.
Let it cool completely before removing it otherwise it will warp.
