Grubby Top Jaw / Mouth Hinge

This is the mouth hinge for the upper lip of Grubby, Teddy Ruxpin's animatronic caterpillar friend.

It's in two pieces that you'll have to glue together once in place. It would be impossible to make a single piece as the original had without taking off the fur. My approach was as follows:

1. Place some epoxy on the larger piece and it it start to cure
2. While that's happening, install the smaller piece
3. Once in place, insert the larger piece and align it with the servo contact arm
4. Hold two pieces together while epoxy cures. Should only need to hold for a few minutes.

You could use super glue, but a 5 minute epoxy gives a bit of working time.
