Refined fix for broken clip for CatEye HL-EL135

This is a repair part for a broken clip in the CatEye HL-EL135 headlight.

In this version the part that is inserted into the CatEye HL-EL135 headlight, in place of the broken clip, is a bit longer which makes it a bit more steady. It does not wobble that much. The tip that holds the headlight in place is also moved a bit to the back so it locks in more easily.
