Ki-100 (Type V fighter) for FDM printers
Adapted from the Ki-61 and A6M2 models by @Captain_Ahab_62
The Kawasaki Ki-100 is an emergency fighter produced for the IJAAS during the final year of WWII. The basic design was a radial-engined Ki-61 with 2x20mm Ho-5 synchronized autocannon and 2x12.7mm wing-mounted Ho-103 machine guns. It was the army counterpart to the Mitsubishi A7M fighter, which was armed with two Ho-5 cannons and two 13.2mm machine guns in the wings. The variant depicted here is the Mk.IA model with the original rear fuselage, although most Ki-100s were of the Mk.IB variant with a cut-down fuselage and a bubble canopy.
Engine used is the Mitsubishi Ha-112 engine, the same one from the A6M2 mod. 11 fighter.
