1/2" Sander Knife Sharpening Guide

Printed using PETG. Will need M4 threaded inserts (linked below), M4 screws and M5 screws (kit linked below as well):

This is an add-on for the Bauer 1/2" x 18" belt sander sold at Harbor Freight:

I use the following belts for knife sharpening, but you can use any 1/2" x 18" belt:

You will need M4 threaded inserts - Below is the pack I use with a soldering iron and I use the M4 x 8mm inserts:

You will need M4 screws to mate the blocks to the plate - Below is the assortment I use:

You will also need to replace the front cover with a longer M4 screw to accomodate the plate thickness from the above pack, as well as replace the belt adjustment knob on the back of the sander with a new M5 screw so the knob doesn't block the blade path
