Modification of the sanding block (nose) for use with a 120 mm diameter sanding wheel with Velcro.

3 modifications:

1. Lips
2. Mini lips.
3. Triangle.

Instructions:

1. To use, you will need Velcro that is at least 50 mm wide (preferably wider). It is sold in the form of adhesive tape. You will only need the part with hooks. Stick it onto the printed sanding block.
2. Take a 120 mm diameter sanding disc with Velcro. Cut out the shape you need. Attach it to the sanding block.

There are two possible ways to use one 120 mm sanding disc:

1. Lips - 3 pieces.
2. Mini lips - 2 pieces. Triangle - 1 piece.

You can also use regular sandpaper without Velcro. Just glue the remaining Velcro with loops (pile) to the paper.

The triangle is the exact shape of the Velcro attachment for my oscillating tool (renovator tool), so I use the second option: 2 mini lips and one triangle for the oscillating tool attachment.
