Portable Mount for XC Ski Waxing

This is a DIY version of a Swix product. It's designed to mount a cross country ski (with NNN bindings) on a bench to wax it. It uses three standard C-clamps. I used an Irwin 5 in x 3 1/4 in clamp and the profile of the 3D printed part is designed to work with that. The side mounts are design to be both height and angle adjustable.

• I printed it in PLA which seems to hold up fine. Use at least 4 shells and 15% infill.
• Print with supports on.
• Print 3 of the clamp, 2 of the side bottom and side top and 1 of the Center Post Main.
• The side top screws into the side bottom
• Use a total of six 50 mm x 3 mm bolts to bolt the 3D printed parts around the C clamp
• Put a 4 mm bolt through the holes at the top of the Center Post Main. This should fit into an NNN binding.
