VNM Shifter V1 plate

Hi everyone!
I bought a VNM shifter a while ago,and it had a big problem. Everytime I changed gear between fourth to fifth or vice versa,the shaft slipped into the reverse slot. So I decided to solve the problem by myself. I've designed a grid like the original one that's attached under the top plate of the shifter,but with a narrower reverse slot.
