Klien tools in handle bit holder for PLA

I love the original version, and I'm not going to lie.... TPU is a great choice for this. BUT, I hate working with TPU, and I'm super stubborn. So, I've redesigned it for PLA. It's now asymmetrical, meaning you can only snap it in from the small side (yes, one of those stop rings is slightly smaller). Also, the bit holder holes had to have a slight size increase to make it possible to get them out after shoving them in.

Print in PLA, no supports, no rafts.
