Modular HDD Mount - Fits Thicker HDDs

I made this because many of the pre-existing models on here don't fit slightly thicker drives.
All holes on the design use M3 screws, but the clearance may need to be changed to work with different filaments and printers.
The drive used in the example is a Seagate ST4000NM0023.
