Customizable Perfect Wedge

Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4717531 I sat down to improve the OpenSCAD code:

1. Faster polygon based algorithm.
2. Perfect dimensions: instead of adding the rounding radius to the size, this version keeps the outer dimensions as configured.
