HPLC ALS vial tray for HP/Agilent 1100 series

This is a custom 40-position vial tray for the HP/Agilent 1100 HPLC system I created. It has 45 deg. corners to fit withing a standard 200x200 print bed.
compatible with PN: G1313-44502; G1313-44512; G1313-44612

Suggested settings are 10% infill, 2-layer outer wall and 20% zig-zag support.
I printed mine at 70C for the bed and 200C for the extruder.

Please note that small pieces of black and white tape (or matte paint) must be placed on the end bit as shown in pictures to allow for correct tray detection.
seems to fit and align well on my system, but please verify arm alignment before running a full sequence! I take no responsibility for lost samples/stuck arms/bent needles etc...
