Screwless Tablet Stand - WACKOM V2

A much needed revision of my tablet stand print. I wanted to see if I could remake it without the need for screws and printable fasteners (first time doing this).

Improvements

Bottom Piece
  • The bottom pegs that the angle legs catch on have no more annoying rectangle pieces that separate the pegs. I couldn't tell if the legs caught onto a peg or one of the skinny beveled bits I should have removed in the first place. Now it is just the pegs and nothing else.
  • The bottom pegs themselves are thinner.
  • The bottom piece now has plastic indents you can feel for to know which peg you can slot the angle legs into.
  • The bottom's tab that keeps the tablet in place and on the edge of your desk is thinner and flat instead of curved.
Angle Leg Piece
  • The angle legs are now skinnier on the ends. I would have trouble with them falling on the pegs and it would just be too thick that it wouldn't fall into the pegs.
  • The legs now have smaller catches for the pegs on the bottom piece.
Tablet Rest Piece
  • The surface is completely flat, no more weird rectangles or bulging screw holes.
General
  • All places for where screws were required now use these printable pins and fasteners that you just pop in.
  • All pieces of the stand are now relatively thinner. Not necessarily an improvement I just think its cool.

Disclaimer

To ensure the pieces are secure, you might need some pliers to firmly press down the fasteners down to the fastener caps. I also only printed this stand with a 5%infill. You CAN increase this but I am unsure if the snug fit of the fasteners would change or not.

Notes

I don't know if this will last long term, I just got tired of how clunky V1 was so I made this in few days. But my goal still is to make the best cheap alternative for drawing tablet stands that I can make. Any remix or suggestions are always welcome!
Enjoy! -V
