7/8" (22mm) Target Paster Dispenser w/ Belt Clip

Remixed MuteSkier's design and to accept a 7/8" (22mm) target pasters. Personally I dislike snapping plastic pieces together so I also changed the belt clip design to utilize a cotter pin instead. Due to the square shaft, you can orient the belt clip in 4 different ways.

Recommended printing orientation:
Base: Flat (open side up)
Clip: Side (shaft going sideways), use supports
Cover: Flat (nipple side up)
