Print at 150% scale. Download the STL files. Load the STL file/s in your slicer. Change the scale to 150%, slice then print.

2 options for the shirt, solid and checkered.

You will need tweezers for the checkered shirt and a lot of patience. The parts are still small even if scaled at 150%.
