23 deg to 15 deg sharpener conversion

Life is too short for dull knives.
Convert a cheap 23'ish degree (46 incl) pull through knife sharpener to 15 degree (30 incl).

This print uses the internal part of the cheap sharpener and set them into a 15/30 degree configuration for extra blade sharpness.
It's a tight fit for the internal parts and it's supposed to be.

Note that if you are normally using 22-23 degree blade angle, a new edge needs to be formed first.
