IKEA Baggebo Server Mount Adapter V1.2

A simple 3D printed solution to mount 19'' server components into an IKEA Baggebo bookshelf.

This design lets you mount 19'' server components into an IKEA Baggebo bookshelf. I printed it in inland PETG+ for durability, it uses standard hardware for easy assembly. It was designed to fit my Unifi equipment.

• Photo 1 - Current application with two Unifi devices stacked, four total 3d printed parts (be sure to drill holes all the way through the shelf to prevent splitting like shown)

Printing Details

• Printer: Creality Ender-3 Pro
• Filament: Inland PETG+
• Extruder Temp: 243°C
• Bed Temp: 70°C (Creality glass bed used)
• Slicer: PrusaSlicer (Optimal Speed preset)
• Infill: 15% (adjust for stability)
• Layer Height: 0.16mm
• Wall Count: 3-4 walls
• Supports: Raft + Brim (prevented part warping for me)

Hardware Required

• Hillman 92258 (1/4" x 1/2" machine screws) – For mounting server components to the adapter.
• 6 × 1" Construction Screws (12x if to shelf and wall, 10x if to only wall) – For attaching the adapter to the IKEA Baggebo’s internal frame.
