Couplers (HO and N SCALE)

aight, so this is a HO scale Dropin replacement for a few kinds of couplers, because I ran out of couplers and am too broke to buy more kaydees lol.

For the knuckles, put the (red) Knuckle in the box first (will eventually be the top) then the (blue) Thumb 2nd, before putting the screw plate or clip plate on to hole the ensemble together.

For the Link & Pin Couplers, they just drop in the box and then you put on the plate to hold them in. Either find yourself some track nails no greater in diameter than 1mm, and cut them to length or print off the provided "link and pin coupler PIN" and use that. Then, either bend some wire to be in the shape of a link about 3.25mm wide and however long you wish or use the provided "link and pin coupler LINK" and then you're good to go. To operate them you put a link in one coupler and put the pin through the hole, then you back another car into it and put a pin in its hole.

For the Chopper Couplers, put the chopper in the head, and then the whole thing in a coupler pocket. When you couple, the two heads slide past eachother and hook onto eachother's pivots. To release just pull up both hooks. It is advised that if you're switching, have the engine's chopper coupler open, that way you only have to open one chopper to unclouple.

For the N scale coupelrs, put the coupler in the box, then the lid on the box, and glue it on. They're based off bachmann spectrum couplers, so they work with most but not all stock, as N scale couplers get weird and non-standard. I reccomend these for use on my HOn30 Stock.

They couple like a coupler and do coupler things haha
