2-1/2 to 1-1/4 inch Dust Collector 90 degree Adaptor
I bought a Harbor Freight bench top belt/disk sander and needed to adapt my shop vac to it. I found and printed Gazorpa's Industrial Vacuum Adapter and it fit perfect and is very well designed. My problem is, however that I needed a shorter adapter to be able to use the sander on my bench where I want to. I then decided to make one. This is a simple design and works very well and fits my space perfectly. I printed it out of TPU so it grips the flange on the Harbor Freight sander very well. I designed it in Tinker Cad so if anyone needs to or wants to make changes to fit their needs you should be able to do so in Tinker Cad, or any other program that will allow you to. I made this out of TPU, as I have said and made it thick enough that it should be very durable and last a very long time. It can be made out of PLA or PETG or anything you have, but I really like working with the TPU and find it almost indestructible. That's just my personal choice. I have three printers, the Sovol 04 Dual, a Creality and a Prusa. I used the Sovol simply because I have it set up and "tuned" to print the TPU the best. Any printer will print this simple project though. I did use organic supports to bed only. TPU can be a real pain trying to separate supports though as it bonds so well to itself. If anyone can use this, please feel free to use it. It works perfect on my application.
