T-Mobile Gateway Arcadyan KVD21 Base

The modem can rest in the base or screw directly into the base using the existing leg holes with extended M2.6x14mm screws. The bottom of the plate is open to allow for ventilation. My need was around powering the gateway with batteries and everything being secure to easily move it from one locate to another. Moreover, the existing designs for this base either did not include a spot for the small leg extrusions of the modem, or the dimensions were off. After fiddling with enough existing designs, I decided to create my own from scratch.

Note on the screws: The exact replacement screws appear to me M2.6 x 7mm with a pan-style head. I was able to use self-tapping M2.6 x 14mm standard phillips style heads. I would have preferred to use a pan head machine screws to distribute the force but these were the only ones I could find that were 14mm long.
