Festool STF D125mm sand paper hole punching template

Turns any 125 mm abrasive into a Festool-compatible disc, while preserving the dust collection performance.

With this jig you can:

• Use generic or bulk sandpaper with Festool STF D125 (125mm) sanders
  Punch the correct hole pattern into standard 125 mm discs instead of buying brand-specific abrasives.
• Punch interface pads and foam backing pads
  Useful for soft pads, protectors, or custom stacks that don’t come pre-perforated.

How to use

1. Place sandpaper or interface pad into the recess
2. Align flat on a solid surface
3. Use a hand punch (≈ 8–9 mm)
4. Punch center hole first, then outer holes
5. Remove paper — perfectly aligned holes every time

Print settings

• Layer height: 0.2 - 0.6 mm
• Infill: 20–30% (gyroid or cubic)
• Walls: 2–3 perimeters
• Top / bottom: 2–3 layers
• No supports needed, print flat side on the bed
