3T heater cooler off-ramp 4.0

A little ramp to eliminate (i.e. mildly reduce) the water mess when draining LivaNova 3T heater coolers. The ramp hangs off of the screw valve above the drain port and doesn't not touch the actual port. We use them to to drain into a stainless steel bucket.
