Sony MDR XB950BT Combined Hinge ABS/PLA tested

I made the notches smaller in diameter (6.38mm), so it fits more easily into the frame. Also I cut them half open, so you don't have to play around pulling the cables through the tunnels. I made the cable runs slightly deeper at the corners and more space for the metal pin which will hold the part together.

I printed with ABS 255 C° nozzle temp with 100C° bed, became a bit brittle on the top, but perfectly useable. I think it might be better with PLA. I used support for the hanging areas (only from bed). The product is about 9g w/ support and 10g with support.
