DRAM Tester Tray and USB power tab.

Needed something to mount my DRAM Tester (for testing old/retro DRAM chips). I also wanted to be able to power it from USB-C so that it wasn't a mess of wires etc sat on a surface which might have bits of wire and solder on it.
As usual, having completed it I thought I would post it to save anyone else from having to do a similar job.
The Pico DRAM tester is the one on the project here https://github.com/schlae/pico-dram-tester and the board is 100mm x 100mm so any PCB with those dimensions will likely fit.
