rg406v low profile stick caps (rubber)

tweaked stick height, cap diameter to make a more d-pad focused experience on the rg406v, with the additional benefit of making the device more pocket-able
I added a slot for a nitrile o-ring to make the stick more grippy/comfortable. The o-ring required is 10.6mm OD, 6.8mm ID, and 1.9mm section.

requires a 0.2mm nozzle. I printed using a bambu mini, upside down with supports.

should also work for rg406h but i haven't tested it yet.
