Skadis Hooks - Wera Screwdriver Holder (advent calendar)

I've created those two hooks to hang the screwdriver holder from Weras advent calendar on to the Skadis from Ikea.
You need both hooks, its a very tight fit but it holds pretty well.
In the pictures you should see what you need.

Edit:
I've created two more hooks(V2), because the two screwdriver holder need different hooks.
