Dust Collection Ceiling Port Support

I've been working on adding a dust collection system to my woodworking shop. I mounted many ports along one wall but decided that a couple of ceiling mounted ports would be convenient. After installing them, I realized that they needed support to be strong and easy to push a hose on to so I added a collar to my 4" tubing with a couple of diagonal supports. This support gives the port stiffness which makes it easy to connect a hose to. Once you print all the parts, use 200mm wire ties to clamp the collar around the 4" pipe. Cut two 500mm long 12mm x 12mm angle aluminum struts and drill a 5mm hole in each end. The collar requires two 5mm threaded brass inserts which can be installed with a soldering iron set to a low temperature. I've also included files for the collar and bracket which do not require threaded inserts.

I suggest printing the dust collection support in PETG or ABS for longevity and strength.
