Blackmagic Speed Editor Magnet Rings.

Magnetic Jog Wheel for the Blackmagic Speed Editor.

Made some rings to insert magnets to make a different feel of the jog shuttle wheel.
Didn't like the "free" spool feeling so I figure a simple way to make the jog wheel more mechanical feel and "old school".
All you need is 11 6x2mm magnets and glue them on the rings.
Pay attention to magnet poles.
Outer ring takes 10 magnets all in the same face (positive)
Inner ring takes only 1 magnet facing negative pole to outer ring.....you'll figure it out...it's simple.

Assemble:
1-Print at your filament likes (I used PLA)
2-Glue the 6x2mm magnets and wait patiently to the glue to dry good. Use superglue (just a tiny drop on the outer ring and more generous on the inner ring)
3-On the Speed Editor take Jog Wheel rubber out, use a H1.5 bit to unscrew the the little bolt and remove Jog wheel.
4-Install outer ring inside Jog Wheel.
5-Install inner ring on the Speed Editor chassis.
6-Reassemble the Jog Wheel and screw the little bolt again (don't go crazy tight and pay attention to the Jog Wheel D shaft...the bolt must meet the face of the D shaft)
7--Put rubber back on.
BAM!!! Magnetic Jog Wheel.
