Othello / reversi disk optimised for flipping

In competitive othello / reversi play, total flip count usually fall between 140 and 180.

We flip a lot so disk design should make it easy.

I tried several combinations and stopped at two protrusions on top and bottom, turned 90 degrees.

You can see the technique - press the finger on the edge, feel the edge of bottom protrusion with thumb and flip.

(I print black and whites separately and glue them together - takes 10 mins)
