MZR/Duratec NC Coilpack cover conversion

remix of the MZR coil adapter for Duratec Valve Cover:

All I did was convert the front and VCT rear cover from STEP to STL and added an m6 flange nut capture so that you can mount the coilpacks easier instead of having to do what the original did.
