Atari Cone Volcano Button - Tall Modern Version - 7mm Hole

This mod recreates a classic Atari-style Start button using a standard 24mm red LED arcade button (Volcano type).

Parts Required :

24mm red LED arcade button (5V)
DragonRise Arc Zero Delay USB encoder (5V)
Red LED cap: head diameter: 7 mm, clip diameter: 5 mm
3D printed black cone

Assembly – No Glu :

Install the 24mm button into your control panel.
Connect the LED to 5V and GND on the DragonRise board.
Place the 3D printed black cone over the button.
Clip the red 5mm LED cap into the center hole.
The cap holds in place securely — no glue required.

Final Result :

Total visible height: ~9 mm
Red illuminated center: ~7–8 mm
Compact, low-profile look close to original Atari start/select or control buttons (Lunar Lander..)
Firm touch, rigid red center, clean and minimal finish
