Sealant cartridge nozzle

Note: Print standing up on the printers finest resolution, since the threads are fine and tolerances are tight. I recommend printing the STEP file and not the STL.

A nozzle for 310 ml/0.1 gallon sealant cartridges that actually fits. The tip of the nozzle is 0.1 inches (2.54 mm) in diameter. Cut the nozzle to the required nozzle size for your application. Measure the total length of the nozzle. Next time, you can adapt the print to get the correct nozzle size from the start.

The thread fits many cartridges in aluminum. The thread is a variant of NPT. If you measure the thread by the base, you get 0.61 inches (15.40 mm). Thread is tapered.
