Case for CN3303 Type-C Lithium Battery Charger Board

Description

This is a custom enclosure designed in FreeCAD for the USB Type-C 2S/3S/4S Li-Ion battery charger module based on the CN3303 controller.

The case is designed to:

Protect the PCB from mechanical damage

Provide easy access to the USB-C connector

Allow airflow for heat dissipation

Expose battery terminals (BAT / GND)

Type-C input (3–6V)

CC/CV charging algorithm

⚠️ Note: This charger module does NOT include cell balancing. Use a proper BMS for multi-cell battery packs.

Print Settings

Recommended print settings:

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 20–30%

Material: PLA / PETG

Supports: required

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

PETG is recommended if the charger will operate at higher currents (heat resistance).
