Dimensionally accurate model i.e. 6mm hole for 6mm spool rod.

This part has been tested on a Singer Simple and a Singer Heavy Duty. I suspect it will work with other Singer models. You can print the TEST piece to verify it will fit correctly -- adjust scale per your print discrepancies as needed.

NOTE: The hole the 6mm Spool rod has a slight angle to create spring pressure where the holder sits on top of the machine. This pressure keeps the spool holder from moving.

2nd NOTE: CURA slicer program has a setting "Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion " that I recommend you use at a negative value twice the diameter of your nozzle diameter. i.e. .40 mm nozzle will be -0.80 (negative value). This will remove any elephant foot on the base of the per that may occur as that i did not design a chamfer on this print to prevent that. Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion will have to be enable in Setting Visibility to see it.
